David and Louise Taylor have many thousands of miles of experience of commercial sailing (skipper and watch leader), offshore and inshore racing and extencive cruising.

David and Louise mange the charter aspects of Symphony sailing, and look after the fleet of yachts. We know the importance of customer service, and we pride ourselves on our relationships with customers, many of whom have come to us for their charter needs for many years.

Not any old yacht can be a Symphony yacht; we look for yachts that could be your own; smart, tidy,m well maintained and always excellently eqipped with luxuries such as heating, hot water, TV, plotter, autohelm and teak decks.

Symphony Sailing is a RYA Training Centre. The Centre principal is Stephen Wilks, MCA / RYA, Yachtmaster Instructor, Commercially Endorsed as master up to 200 tonne sail.

The Centre is based at the heart of Gosport Marina in Portsmouth Harbour, 10 minutes from the Solent.

Steve has an ability to teach not many can match, built on over 10 years of instructing on and under the water. (He is also a SCUBA instructor).

From a complete novice to Yachtmaster, after taking a course with Steve, you will have greater ability, understanding and confidence in all aspects of your sailing.

Students completing courses are confident in their own ability and competent in all aspects of the RYA curriculum. More than that, they want to go and practice these new found skills; to enjoy sailing to the full.
